I’ve followed Jim Long and Long Creek Herbs for many years. When I had a small herb and garden shop in southern California, Olde Thyme Gardens, I ordered products from him to sell in the store. The other day I ran across this post, about how Long Creek Herbs began.
While it’s an older post, and he’s not as active with the blog right now, I still thought it was a fun peek into the story behind a successful herb business. So I’m sharing that peek with you too today. Here it is, the story of one of my favorite herbal businesses. Now…just to see it in person!
And if you’re suffering from a summertime glut of excess zucchini, here’s a recipe for Dried Apple Zucchini Pie.
