What herbs go best with …..?

The question usually comes up just after “What’s for dinner?” While it is true that most herbs go with most foods, there are some pairings that are especially successful. Listed below are common foods and herbs that best flatter them. While this isn’t the last and final word, it can be a starting point for your own culinary experiments.

Go ahead and play around. It’s not listed here? Try it anyway. It may be horrible and you won’t like it. It may be a pleasant surprise. Either way, you’ve learned a new lesson and a new taste. And learning and growing every day is perhaps one of the best things in life.
